Roses Discount Stores is looking for Customer Service Associates to join our winning team. Team Members will provide courteous customer service and maintain merchandise displays to enhance overall customer satisfaction, sales, profitability, and store standards. Responsibilities
· Provide positive customer service by treating customers and team members in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
· Price, stock, and maintain merchandise in a neat and orderly manner.
· Process sales transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner.
· Adhere to assigned work schedule in order to provide predictability in workload scheduling.
· Follow company policies and procedures in order to maximize customer service, sales, and store profitability.
· As needed Customer Service Associates will unload trucks, process freight, stock counters, and any other function needed to maintain salesfloor.
· Provide support to store management as reasonably requested.
Required Skills
· Fundamental reading and math skills
· Effective communication skills
· Capacity to stand for extended periods
· Able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
