Rosetta currently has an opening fo Full-Time Store Manager to join our team. We welcome anyone with an amazing leadership position providing a welcoming environment to all our customers and team members.

- Provide a customer comes first attitude by training and holding your team accountable for delivering top-notch service.
- Demonstrates a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events and manages smooth transition thereafter to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team.
- Leads and empowers with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes a positive culture, values and mission of Rosetta Bakery.
- Utilizes and demonstrates effective management principles and practices to create and maintain a successful store resulting in an environment where the team members are valued and respected.
- Plans, identifies, communicates and delegated appropriate responsibilities and practices to your team to ensure smooth flow of operations.
- Provides training, coaching and direction for the team to action and achieve sales goals.
- Constantly reviews store environment to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement and reports them to area manager and HR.
- Reports all work-related accidents immediately to HR.
- Monitor food quality and quantity, notify store chef of any issues with food.
- Cleans equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Monitors and manages staffing levels to ensure staffing needs. Includes finding coverage for call outs.
- Supervise and load cash change and cash tips.
- Identifies and prioritizes communication and regularly uses discretion to filter communications to the store team. Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective store operations.
- Ensures team members adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.
- Additional responsibilities asigned from time to time.

- 30/60/90/180 day evaluation to performance review
- Quarterly bonus to Front of the House team, based on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Accrual of 40 hours of vacation time upon completion of 1 year, you begin to accrue time on 1 week, can use accrued time upon completion of 180 days of employment with 2 week notice provided.
