Teach our guests how to interact in the Hall by ensuring they find seating, have prompt drink service and know who to go to when they have questions. Cocktail Servers at Rosetta ensure the dining room is well stocked and clean. They have an intimate knowledge of our bar menu and are able to speak with confidence about the spirits & food menus. They not only take drink orders they look for opportunities to give our guests memorable experiences by anticipating their needs and providing thoughtful hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Set up or break down their sections, with attention to detail that ensures the space is both neat & aesthetically pleasing.
- Greet guests and assist with finding seating.
- Provide drink service as well as water service.
- Maintain good table maintenance before, during and after each guest visit.
- Educate themself on the menu & attend training classes.
- Maintain good communication through our company slack channels, as well as in person throughout each shift.
- Similar work experience, minimum 6 months
- Basic understanding of classic cocktails & builds
- Ability to stand & be moving for up to 8 hours
- Willing to work outside
- Proficient multitasker who thrives at keeping themselves productively occupied
