RosettiStarr is seeking a highly skilled paralegal to join our team at our Bethesda, MD headquarters (with some hybrid opportunities available) as a senior associate. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned paralegal with a background in investigations and fact-finding. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in civil or criminal litigation, exceptional investigative instincts, and the ability to work on high-stakes, sensitive matters. It also is an opportunity to learn how to utilize your experience and enhance your skills in corporate business intelligence.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited university
- At least three years of relevant professional experience – paralegal, legal research, investigative due diligence
- Outstanding written, verbal, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with extensive experience in fact gathering
- Strong leadership qualities with a willingness to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Expert proficiency with investigative databases such as LexisNexis, Bloomberg, TLO, IRB/Accurint, Westlaw, Edgar, and similar platforms
- Extensive experience with internet search engines and social media research
Candidates should highlight experience in any of the following:
- Providing legal research and litigation support in high-stakes civil or criminal matters
- Providing research and reports as due diligence or business intelligence assignments
- Supporting large-scale litigation and discovery efforts
- Witness identification and interview experience
- Experience in OSINT intelligence collection techniques
Responsibilities:
Senior Associates are responsible for developing and implementing investigative strategies in consultation with senior leadership. They also provide guidance to less experienced investigators and researchers on the team. The successful candidates will have a unique set of skills that can be honed amid regularly growing responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits
This role comes with a highly competitive salary ($90,000-$125,000) and bonus structure, commensurate with experience. RosettiStarr offers a comprehensive benefits package including health care and a 401k plan with matching and a profit-sharing component.
