RESEARCHER / INTERVIEWER

RosettiStarr is looking to hire researchers with experience in business reporting and conducting interviews. This is currently a part-time position with the option of being converted to a full-time position in the future.

Our work gives portfolio managers, general counsel, outside counsel, and corporate executive teams the confidence to make more informed decisions and take bold actions. We are frequently in the middle of fast-moving events and called on by decisionmakers to provide fact-based evidence and insights that have an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct outreach to and interviews with a wide range of sources to support institutional investors, law firms, corporations, and family offices.
• Collaborate with talented colleagues—including case managers, fellow researchers, and editors—in a team environment.
• Leverage your creativity to drive a project forward in the spirit of leaving no stone unturned.

Who You Are:

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in business and/or investigative journalism; experience in due diligence and/or market research is a plus.
• You are intellectually curious and have strong critical thinking skills.
• You excel in a challenging, fast-paced environment, and are highly organized with excellent planning and time management skills.
• You are persistent and diligent in your approach, and comfortable juggling several projects at any given time.
• You are self-motivated, efficient, flexible and enjoy problem-solving.
• You have excellent communication skills and comfortable pivoting along the way.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $75.00 to $115.00 per hour. This posted range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
