- Deliver targeted instruction in a Setting I/II classroom to support students with mild to moderate special education needs.
- Assist with co-teaching math and ELA in inclusive classroom environments.
- Manage and implement IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure students' academic and behavioral success.
- Handle case management duties, including leading IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and compliance with special education regulations.
- Create a supportive and structured classroom environment that promotes student growth and engagement.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to build strong, collaborative relationships.
Qualifications
- Minnesota Special Education licensure required; Special Education ABS licensure preferred.
- Experience case managing students.

- Demonstrated understanding of cultural competence.
