Job Summary
The job of Assistant Principal - Elementary School is done for the purpose / s of providing support to the instructional process with specific responsibility for directing assigned school programs and services at an elementary school; providing information and serving as a resource to others; supervising assigned staff; coordinating school activities and addressing issues, situations and / or problems that arise on campus or with enrolled students.

Round One Presentation :
Candidates invited to the initial round of interviews should come prepared with a presentation slide deck to share with a committee of District office administrators. The presentation may be in Google Slides, Power Point, or any other web-based format.
The presentation should be twenty minutes in length and include the following :
Personal and professional introduction
Your approach to leadership
Your educational special interests or areas of strength
Your professional entry plan for integrating into RCSD
Following the presentation there will be approximately ten minutes of Q & A
