No experience necessary. Qualifications Preferred : Certified teacher endorsed and highly qualified in reading / language arts. Alternative : Meet MDE requirements as a substitute teacher and aptitude in language arts. Ability to work with students in small groups or classroom settings. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Record of reliable attendance. Responsibilities Work with or at the direction of classroom teacher to provide guided instruction, tutoring and remediation. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
