RESTORATIVE JUSTICE AIDE
Location: Roseville High School
Work Year: School Calendar – 182 Days
Work Hours: 7 ½ hours per day includes ½ hour unpaid lunch. Consistent with applicable
building; May be modified/Flexed by building principal, including the option of afternoon or evening
Meetings
Salary: $39,281 Annually
This assignment will be filled for the 2024/2025 school year. Continuation of the position will be contingent on the availability of future grant funding.
Role:
Restorative Aides will utilize the strategies of Restorative Justice to mediate and help resolve issues with students and staff as well as some student-to-student issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Training in conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals and groups.
- Experience working with middle level students.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Record of excellent attendance.
- Such alternative qualifications may be determined by the Superintendent.
