Senior citizens apartment complex
Prep vacant apartments for occupancy. Knowledge in electric and plumbing a must. Basic knowledge of carpet/floor cleaning equipment requested, but not necessary. Complete residential work orders and preventative maintenance within buildings. Generally will work independently on assigned projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
