Job Responsibilities :
- Programming Sheet Metal parts for Amada Punch and Amada Fiber Laser or ability to learn quickly.
- Create detail form or weld drawings for the shop.
- Routing and Quoting experience.
- Reviewing / Updating Job Instructions, Materials, And Routers for Accuracy and Improvement.
Technical Background :
- Min 5 -10 yrs in the Sheet Metal Business.
- Skilled and Proficient in SolidWorks 3D, FabriWin / AP100, AutoCAD.
- Program Parts for Laser and Punch.
- Generate & Check Flat-Pattern layouts.
- Strong Organizational and Planning Skills.
- Knowledgeable with all Sheet Metal Processes.
- Welding background is a plus.
- Forming background is a plus.
- Background Managing others is a plus.
Required :
- Ability to Read and Understand Prints.
- A Firm Understanding of Bending Calculations and Flat Pattern Layout is Essential.
- Interfacing and Communicating with Customers, Vendors, and Ether Employees.
- Ability to Create / Design Fixtures.
- Problem Solving.
- Team Player & Good Communicator.
- Organized.
