ISO QUALITY MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
The ISO Quality Manager oversees and ensures compliance with ISO standards, develops and implements quality management systems (QMS), and drives continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role involves coordinating audits, training staff on quality processes, and working cross-functionally to maintain certifications and achieve company quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- ISO Compliance and Certification : Obtain, Manage and maintain the company’s ISO certification(s), such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or others as applicable.
- Prepare and coordinate external and internal ISO audits.
- Act as the primary liaison with certification bodies and auditors.
