Must be LSW!
Social Services Coordinator provides medically-related social services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident as directed by the Executive Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work/human services (preferred) and Indiana LSW.
- Strong passion for geriatric care and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, empathy, and a positive attitude.
