Duties:
- Provide personal assistance with bathing and dressing to 12 seniors with dementia
- Clean and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
- Assist with preping meals, meal service, and ensure proper nutrition
- Treat residents with dignity and respect, showing them love and kindness
- Provide direct support to individuals with daily life enrichment
- Administer and maintain medications according to doctor instructions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
