Rosewood Gardens in Broomall, PA is looking for an experienced Assistant Activities Director to Join our Team! The hours for this position would be Monday-Friday 9a-5p.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
The Assistant Activities Director will assist the Director with planning, organizing, develop and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that an on-going program of activities is designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
The Assistant Activities Director will help facilitate group activities
The Assistant Activities Director will encourage activity involvement and chart attendance
The Assistant Activities Director will assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized
The Assistant Activities Director will assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities
The Assistant Activities Director will assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties
The Assistant Activities Director collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
The Assistant Activities Director will comply with confidentiality, HIPPA and Federal Residents Rights.
