Duties

- Implement crisis management techniques to assist clients in urgent situations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and resources.
- Collect and analyze research data to improve service delivery and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes.
- Advocate for clients within the healthcare system, ensuring access to necessary services.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW or equivalent).
- Experience in clinical counseling, group therapy, and addiction counseling is preferred.
- Strong understanding of systems theory as it relates to social work practice.
- Familiarity with outpatient care settings and patient care protocols.
- Excellent crisis management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in research data collection methods related to social work practices.
