- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service

- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within client accounts
Requirements:
- 5 years of account or project management experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to navigate Google Suite programs, Excel, and Zoom
- Data entry and basic computer skills required
- Inquisitive and able to ask great questions to understand client needs
