About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Rosewood. Your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate care to patients, monitoring their vitals, administering medication, and offering support in residential and outpatient settings. You will also be responsible for documenting patient progress and collaborating with our multidisciplinary staff to develop individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
• Obtain and record patient vitals as needed
• Monitor and report unusual client behavior
• Administer medication according to protocol
• Document patient progress accurately and promptly
• Model normalized dietary habits by eating meals to completion during mealtimes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must hold an active license as a Registered Nurse and have experience working in residential or inpatient behavioral health and mental health settings. Past work with patients overcoming eating disorders is a plus. You must also hold active CPR/BLS certification prior to starting work.
