As a Residential Nursing Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating patient care and ensuring seamless transitions between levels of care. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans and provide individualized support to patients and their families.
Key qualifications include:
- Active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (or be license-eligible).
- Experience in residential or inpatient behavioral health and mental health settings is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
