- Respond to tech inquiries via email and over the phone

- Walk customers step-by-step through the problem-solving process
- Help with troubleshooting hardware and software
- Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members
- Order, receive, log, and prepare new hardware for users
- Manage user account creation to ensure proper access to company systems
- Managing Help Desk tickets
- Acting as the first point of contact for any IT-related issues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software
- The ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions
