Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides next-level guest service to internal and external guests. Demonstrates #AddLife culture in all interactions with guests and co-workers.
- Responsible for fostering an environment of support and motivation for Team Members.
- Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information in accordance with established procedures with company policy and state regulations.
- Responsible for all administrative duties of the Human Resources office including answering phones, coordinating travel, front office reception duties, developing and interpreting reports, creating and maintaining paper and electronic files, etc.
- Directs Team Member concerns to the appropriate area, evaluations situations, and makes decisions within established guidelines and/or obtains proper authorization for responses and solutions.
- Responsible for maintaining an appropriate level of supply inventory for the Human Resources office and orders and receives all supplies for the department.
- Responsible for dissemination and accurate inventory tracking of all uniforms.
- Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position’s supervisor.
- Keeps position supervisor informed of relevant activities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Excellent customer services skills for external and internal guests.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in related field.
- Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, or equivalent, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to formulate and communicate ideas.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.
