What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Rosie's Gluten Free Sweets?
This individual must be skilled, reliable, possess good self-management skills, be a problem solver and be able to perform the following responsibilities:
- Manage daily workflow in accordance with work orders.
- Be able to work Monday 7-3pm, Tuesday, 7-3pm, Wednesday 7-3pm
- Bake cakes and cupcakes per customer orders and bakery needs.
- Replenish buttercream by following bakery recipe.
- Monitor quality of goods and services.
- Work as a team player with baking department to ensure timelines of cakes/cupcakes needed.
- Forecasts needs of ingredients and stock prior to holiday season.
- Contact customer with questions/concerns regarding order.
- Manage department inventory and places orders in a timely manner with owner.
- Maintain clean work environment to the highest safety and sanitation standards.
- Answers phones and takes messages as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
