What You’ll Do:
Oversee and coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and minor repairs across all facilities and grounds
Supervise a small team of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance associates
Manage vendor relationships and contracts for services like landscaping, snow removal, and renovations
Monitor and maintain all outdoor areas including lawns, sidewalks, and parking lots
Manage the building maintenance budget, equipment, and supplies
Act as project manager for ongoing facility improvements
Ensure full compliance with safety and health regulations
Drive the use of CMMS for preventive maintenance and reporting
Collaborate with HR on staffing plans, team training, and communication
What We’re Looking For:
Associate degree in Engineering or a related field
5–7 years of buildings and grounds management experience (frozen food industry preferred)
Knowledge of building systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical)
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory standards
