Rosina Food Products, Inc. is a leader in the food industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products while maintaining excellent customer service. We are looking for a Supervisor – Parts Inventory to join our Logistics team and oversee the effective operation of our Parts Inventory department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of parts inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and organization.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts based on inventory needs.
• Support the Maintenance department by ensuring parts availability and system updates.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Train, develop, and manage staff performance, schedules, and PTO requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, audits, and company policies.
• Oversee cycle counting and participate in inventory verification processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functionality of equipment in the inventory area.
• Supervise 2nd shift operations, including Freezer DC associates, overflow at the Dry DC, and the shuttle program.
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.
