Salary Range: $22/hr-$26/hr
Description
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Parts Inventory Clerk, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and managing our parts inventory to support the Maintenance Department. Your responsibilities will include receiving, identifying, and shelving parts, updating inventory records, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and organize parts, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Issue materials, supplies, and equipment to Maintenance Associates as needed.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and collaborate with vendors for parts purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, and company regulations, including GMP and HACCP.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and lead by example in fostering a positive workplace.
- High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of experience in inventory control.
- Strong organizational, communication, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds and occasionally push/pull up to 100 pounds.
- Valid NYS driver’s license and in-house forklift certification (training provided).
