Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate Triangle, Vertical, and/or Vemag machines to maintain desired weights, shapes, and counts

Perform quality checks on appearance, size, temperature, and package seals

Maintain production logs and complete all shift paperwork

Train and guide new operators as needed

Report and document any mechanical or material issues

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP guidelines, and OSHA safety protocols

Communicate clearly with supervisors and other team members across shifts

Keep work area safe, clean, and organized at all times
Preferred Qualifications
-
6 months of experience in food manufacturing
-
Experience operating Triangle, Vertical bagging, or Vemag machines strongly preferred
-
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and push/pull up to 500 lbs
-
Familiarity with ShopLogix, Safety Chain, or similar systems a plus
-
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety
-
Basic math and computer skills
-
CCP1 and/or CCP2 certification is a plus
