About Us:
Rosina Food Products Inc. is a leading provider of premium food products. We are seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our Finance Department and contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile inventory at external 3PL distribution centers and coordinate corrections.
- Review daily inventory transactions for accuracy across receiving, shipments, and distribution.
- Track and validate manual inventory adjustments and prepare monthly summary reports.
- Investigate and resolve items in "Unable to Locate" status.
- Maintain data on unsaleable or outdated items and recommend inventory reserves.
- Ensure timely posting of in-transit orders.
- Create and maintain standard cost records in the ERP system.
- Perform month-end duties, including inventory cutoffs, cost roll-ups, and preparation of material variance reports.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in a relevant field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory analysis or statistical data reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
