What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Analyst position at Rosina Food Products?
What You'll Do :
- Oversee the creation of daily operational reports to track and measure production activities.
- Review production work orders for accuracy and guide corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct daily yield analysis and assist plant management in improving operational efficiencies.
- Investigate variances in production data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support other departments with reporting activities and consolidate information for management reports.
- Train and cross-train associates, providing backup support for operational reporting.
- Maintain and reconcile maintenance parts inventory and process co-packer invoices.
- Assist with various operational projects, including forecasting, run rate analysis, and yield loss reporting.
- Recommend improvements to systems, analysis, and reporting processes.
