ACCELERATING YOUR FUTURE
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Associate Director, Finance will ensure timely monthly closes of the general ledger and be responsible for all financial reporting including monthly financial statements and other related internal reports as required.
How You Will Make an Impact :
- Oversee cash management and forecasting
- Monitor month-end and year-end close process
- Complete account reconciliations and perform balance sheet reviews
- Oversee all day-to-day financial operations including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and banking
- Ensure accurate compilation and reporting of operational results on a defined schedule
- Responsible for management of year end audit and tax filings
- Design and build management reports to support management requirements
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Master our transaction and accounting software and be a resource for other users
- State and local tax compliance
- Responsible for the annual budgeting process
- Optimize business processes and workflows enabling efficient transaction processing and control
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
