Rosman is a rapidly expanding, highly specialized physician recruiting business, with approximately 55, and growing, full-time employees. This admin entry-level role will be a proactive and detail-oriented member of our organization, playing a vital role in optimizing our Salesforce platform, driving user adoption, and supporting our business objectives. This role requires a skilled professional who can gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and manage Salesforce as a product to deliver value across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, a user-first mindset, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical, user-friendly solutions. A Salesforce Administrator Certification is not required for this role, though pursuing additional training and development in the Salesforce ecosystem will be a measured aspect of the role’s growth plan.
This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing and Enablement , working collaboratively to align Salesforce capabilities with organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities :
- User Management : Manage all aspects of user setup, including activation / deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules. Provide support to ensure users can effectively perform their tasks.
- Salesforce Configuration : Implement changes such as Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, custom fields, page layouts, record types, and dashboards.
- Data Management : Ensure data integrity through regular cleansing, de-duplication, and implementation of rules and automation.
- Platform Optimization : Conduct regular audits of Salesforce features to identify underutilized tools and opportunities for improvement.
- Analytics and Reporting : Build and manage intuitive dashboards and reports, transforming data into actionable insights that align with business objectives.
- Product Management : Develop and maintain a Salesforce product roadmap, integrating new features and capabilities to meet organizational needs. Stay ahead of Salesforce Releases and critical updates, ensuring timely adoption and implementation.
- Training and Support : Deliver training to users and stakeholders, address support tickets, and create comprehensive documentation.
- Change Management and Governance : Prioritize and manage platform updates, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to users.
- Integration Management : Work with integrated applications (e.g., DocuSign, Conga, Etc.) to enhance Salesforce functionality.
