Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual? We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team at Ross Bus Sales, The sole Blue Bird school bus dealer for the state of Louisiana.
Position: Service Coordinator
Location: Ross Bus Sales
Schedule: Full-Time, M-F 8-5
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service appointments and work orders for bus repairs and maintenance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Ability to work and communicate with service technicians, parts departments, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage service schedules and communicate effectively with all involved parties.
- Maintain accurate records of service history and inventory.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in a service-related role, preferably in the automotive or dealership industry.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance (buses a plus).
- Computer literacy (proficiency a big plus)
