What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney position at Ross County Prosecutor's Office?
The Ross County Prosecutor’s Office is accepting applications for the position of full-time Assistant Prosecuting Attorney to join our Civil Division. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for representing numerous county agencies and townships in a variety of capacities including, but not limited to, administrative hearings and/or enforcement hearings for the CSEA, foreclosure actions, contract review, zoning enforcement, nuisance properties, and compliance with public records requests. Litigation will be involved. Applicant must be licensed to practice law and be in good standing with the Ohio Supreme Court. Candidates should possess strong communication, writing, and research skills. Compensation for this position will be between $75,000-$85,000/year, commensurate with experience, and will include full county benefits.
