Some Duties include:

Finding and Securing Tenants:
Lead Generation: Following up on leads and inquiries from potential renters.
Application Processing: Processing rental applications, verifying income, conducting background and credit checks, and contacting references.
Lease Agreements: Preparing and executing lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Marketing: Advertising available units through various channels, including online listings, flyers, and social media.
Tenant Relations:
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to both current and prospective residents.
Addressing Concerns: Promptly addressing tenant concerns and maintenance requests, coordinating with the maintenance team.
Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants to foster a sense of community.
Administrative Tasks:
Rent Collection: Collecting rent payments, security deposits, and application fees.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of lease agreements, tenant information, and property details.
Property Inspections: Conducting regular property inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper maintenance.
Coordination: Coordinating with property management and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
Other Duties:
Maintaining a Professional Image: Representing the property and company in a professional and courteous manner.
Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, fair housing laws, and company policies.
