Ross Downing Buick GMC of Gonzales is looking a for used car sales manager / leader immediately. Business is booming and we are growing, so if you are looking for a challenge with HUGE potential we want to talk to you! Ideal candidates would have F&I experience and cross desk experience for both new and used. - Believes in being intimately involved in the sales process for the team and will work towards their success. Manages by showing & doing.

- Are comfortable closing car deals and getting involved on phone calls as needed to help the team.
- Can train and motivate new employees.
- Looking for a long term fit at a dealership that has been in the community for years.
- Prefer a position where the marketing is handled for you. This position is 100% about creating sales revenue for the department and store.
