Job Overview :
As a Stockroom Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all stockroom operations, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient stockroom environment.
Duties :
- Supervise and train Retail Associates in stockroom procedures
- Ensure proper handling and storage of merchandise to prevent damage or loss
- Oversee receiving processes, including processing inbound deliveries
- Implement and enforce company operational processes related to stockroom management
- Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist in merchandising activities and floor moves as needed
Experience :
- Previous experience in retail management or stockroom supervision preferred
- Proficiency in inventory control practices
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with retail math concepts
