Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring proper placement and organization of products.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including aisles and stock areas.
- Must be able to work in a fast- paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate stocking efforts and maintain inventory levels.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary to move products from storage areas to the sales floor.
- Support retail sales efforts by organizing product on to shelves making it easy to shop.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience with heavy lifting and physical tasks is essential for this role.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail are critical for maintaining store standards.
