Location: Elyria, OH (5 days onsite)

Must have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the environmental services industry.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- A customer service and detail-oriented individual with an analytical mindset.
- Working knowledge of RCRA, DOT, and EPA regulations
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in a science or supply chain-related field.
- Experienced with SAP, M-Files, or Salesforce
Day to day:
We are looking for a talented Technical Materials Coordinator to join our team at Ross Environmental Services. This person will be coordinating and directing waste through the Ross Incineration Services facility or directly to offsite vendors in an efficient and proactive manner that maximizes waste treatment throughput and cost efficiency. The Technical Materials Coordinator proactively schedules wastes to offsite vendors, prepares required shipment documents (labels, manifests, LDRs, certifications, etc.) in compliance with regulations, and ensures inventory tracking and financial documents are accurate and timely. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated, analytical, and customer service-oriented individual. This is a small team of 4 that is excited to expand.
Interview Process:

First-round: 1-hour Zoom call with Manager and VP
Final round: Onsite – 1 hour - Manager, VP, and team
