Key Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate AP/AR with company accountants
- Reconcile Bank Checking Account Statements
- Schedule Meetings using Microsoft Outlook
- Update and maintain all contact information for Ownership
- Coordinate and create meeting books in Diligent
- Maintain, update, and archive all ManagTech files and e-files
- Coordinate catering for all ManagTech meetings
- Coordinate the signing of documents for the Owners
- Assist with keeping the executive area, executive offices, and boardroom clean and tidy for meetings
- Coordinate all requests from our legal and accounting teams
- Back-up Office Administrator during Care Time and Vacations
- Other responsibilities as designated by the Office Administrator and Ownership
Minimum Qualifications
- Three or more years’ experience in a similar role.
- Extensive experience in handling confidential information.
- Experienced in Microsoft based applications - specifically Outlook
- Good communications skills and task orientated
- Organized with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and to set goals independently
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted during the course of work
