Baccalaureate degree in Social Work (BSW) from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work Education; or A baccalaureate degree in psychology, sociology, or other fields related to social work (SWA) Licensure subject to state requirements 1 year of social work experience in a healthcare setting Social work skills as defined as generally social work standards 50% travel required Valid driver’s license and insurance and reliable transportation to perform job tasks You will report to the Clinical Team Manager.
