Career Specialist/Case Manager needed for a workforce development program in Yuma, AZ. Duties include outreach and recruitment of participants, eligibility determination, developing participant resources, conducting assessments, and intensive case management. Develop specific employment plans for participants that lead to successful employment. Program is very customer driven with set performance outcomes and goals. Being able to follow WIOA policies and local procedures is a must. Candidate must have strong written and verbal skills. Must be detail oriented, organized and able to meet all deadlines.
