Career Specialists needed for workforce development program based in Ripley . Duties include outreach and recruitment, eligibility documentation, developing resources, conducting assessments, progressive case management, and facilitate workshops. Program is very customer driven with performance outcomes and goals. Some area travel may be required. Being able to follow WIOA policies and local procedures is a must. Develops employment training plans leading to successful employment. Must have customer service driven attitude. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. BA/BS degree preferred.
