Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with identified needs
Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
Provide direct instruction and support in both inclusive and resource room settings
Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
Qualifications:
Valid Ohio teaching license with appropriate Intervention Specialist certification
Knowledge of current best practices in special education and instructional strategies
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Experience working with students with a range of disabilities
