We are currently hiring Lobby Attendant's to work various shifts including Full time and Part time shifts (see shifts below) at Rhonda's Place located in Denver, CO.
Morning Shift:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break (Monday to Friday)
Evening Shift:
5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, with a 1-hour lunch break (Monday to Friday)
Overnight Shift:
1:00 AM – 8:00 AM, with a 30-minute lunch break (Monday to Friday)
Weekend Shift:
10:00 PM – 4:00 AM, 6-hour shift (Saturday and Sunday only)
DESCRIPTION:
To attend the door of the apartment building and assist those entering.
- Answer the phone
- Buzzing in guest and making sure they sign the guest sign in book. Must maintain the guest log book.
- Open the door for people going in or out Keep common areas clean (vacuum, pick up, etc)
- Make coffee & popcorn when/if needed, if applicable
- Dispose of trash from common areas
- Assist residents when needed
- To report to Property Manager areas unprofessional in appearance beyond their control
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Basic writing and reading skills required
- Must work well with the public and with others as a team
- Must be able to take direction from supervisor but have the initiative to work independently
- A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical
Rate: $20-$21.00 Based on experience and shift hours
