ROLE OVERVIEW :
The Customer Experience Associate plays a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping journey for our customers. This includes making eye contact, smiling, and offering a gracious greeting to every customer, fostering a respectful workplace for all associates, and adhering to company best practices. You will keep a clean work environment and ensure merchandise is presented properly. Engaging enthusiastically in assigned tasks throughout your shifts is essential, along with being flexible to perform varied responsibilities based on the store's needs.
