About the Role:
This position provides a critical presence at the Store, mitigating theft and fraud while maintaining a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a 'command' presence at Store entrances/exits and on sales floor, monitoring for potential theft indicators and suspicious behavior.
- Monitor Code 50 package inspection policy and adhere to Company Best Practices for minimizing operational shortage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Store Leadership and internal/external partners.
Requirements:
- High School education or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
- One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
