The Assistant Store Manager Lead is responsible for the management and supervision of all areas assigned by the Store Manager. This includes following policies in regard to customers, associates, and merchandising. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of store or assistant store manager experience in a retail environment and be able to supervise, motivate, and communicate positively to store associates at all levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have fluency in English, ability to work evenings and weekends, and basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments. You will also need to be able to use all store equipment, including PDTs, registers, and PCs as required. Additionally, you must be able to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the store.
