Distribution Center Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of hourly associates to achieve high productivity and quality standards.
• Assess and improve production methods, processes, and workflows.
• Conduct associate performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes open communication and collaboration.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or two years of supervisory experience in a production or merchandising function (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization, and prioritization abilities.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively across multiple shifts and departments.

Work Environment:

This role requires working in a warehouse environment, primarily on a concrete floor. The position involves sitting, standing, walking, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.

Occasional requirements include bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
