Main Responsibilities
- Security and Loss Prevention:
- Maintain a visible presence at store entrances and exits to deter theft and prevent potential security breaches.
- Identify and report any suspicious activity or potential security risks to store leadership.
- Monitor sales floor and employee areas to prevent shoplifting and other forms of theft.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist customers with finding products, answering questions about merchandise, and offering recommendations.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with store leadership and other employees to achieve security and sales goals.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- One year of supervisory experience in retail or a related field preferred.
- One year of loss prevention or security experience preferred.
- Valid security guard license preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
