Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team at Ross Stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of retail associates, managing day-to-day store operations, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Customer Service: Develop and implement strategies to engage customers, build loyalty, and drive sales growth.
• Maintenance: Ensure that the store is well-maintained, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
