About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loss Prevention Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a visible presence at Store entrances/exits, mitigating theft and fraud, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational shortage and improve overall store performance.
- Maintain accurate records of theft indicators and provide regular reports to Store Leadership.
- Collaborate with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize operational shortage.
- Represent the Company brand at all times and maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Company dress code.
- Stay up-to-date with Company policies and procedures related to loss prevention and security.
